YogaNation is committed to keeping you safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are following all Alberta Health Services recommendations. We have added more cleaning equipment and cleaners to our studio. Our staff have all undergone training prior to our reopening on June 15, 2020. We can say with confidence that we are putting forth our best efforts to keep everyone healthy. Not ready to come in yet?! We get it - that’s why we will continue to offer virtual yoga classes with our regular schedule.

Classes

In studio classes will have mandatory pre-registration. There will be a quick screening process when you arrive and you’ll be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon entry. Social distancing of 2m must be maintained at all times in our reception area and hallway. Please utilize the spot markers in studio as these are measured out to maintain social distancing. We STRONGLY recommend the use of masks while entering and exiting the studio. Temperatures will be taken prior to entering the studio. If clients are found to have abnormal temperature readings, we will ask you to step aside for 5-10mins and then we will reassess your temperature. If the second reading is still found to be high the request that you return home and try another day will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY is now in effect. We will require 2 hours notice for cancellations, no shows and late cancellations will be subject to a $20 fee. We will open 15 minutes prior to the start of class and ask that you leave once class has ended. This will give us the time needed to clean and prepare our studio for the next group. We are taking this seriously and have added more equipment and cleaners to our cleaning protocols.

** IMPORTANT NOTICE**

We are streaming live video during all our in studio classes. Please let the instructor know prior to class if you have concerns with this. By participating in our in studio classes you are giving consent to being on video.

Props & Mats

There are NO mat rentals or props available for public use at this time. We have several props available for purchase in our retail area.

Change Rooms & Showers

Change rooms and showers are OPEN. Only 3 clients at a time permitted in the change rooms at 1 time. WE recommend wearing a mask in the change rooms. All hand towels are folded with disposable medical gloves to avoid contamination - straight from when they come out of the dryer!
