Join Tracey & Alaynne as they guide you through a deep, relaxing one hour Yin Yoga practice followed by a half hour of Yoga Nidra. The yoga practice of Yin is accessible to all levels of students, including those who may have never tried yoga before. With Yin, we spend most of the time laying on our mat, moving into deep stretches and twists, each of us respecting our own bodies’ limits and range of motion. These poses help us to open up our hips & shoulders, which will help us relax into lower brain states, preparing the body for Yoga Nidra- A deep conscious state of rest. It's said that 30mins of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep!
