YogaNation has generated a mixture of both hot and heated (warm) yoga classes. Our hot yoga classes have a state of the art ThermaRay Heating system providing radiant heat that is quiet and efficient. Think of it as being heated by the sun, without the harmful UV  rays. This heating system offers waves of energy that penetrate deep into the human body, gently elevating the body’s surface temperature detoxifying the body at a cellular level.

Power Flow (Hot):

This powerful, energetic vinyasa flow class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The room is heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. Power Flow will torch calories, tone, strengthen and detox the body, clear your mind and leaving the clients with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge clients to step up to their edge, and unlock hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power.

Power 60 (Hot):

Early Morning Yoga Warriors! Come awaken and center your mind and body in this 60-minute Power Vinyasa Flow class. This quicker-paced flow class will be sure to give you the kickstart you need to start your day off right! Some say yoga awakens and energizes the body better than coffee-try it out for yourself!

Lunch Flow (Hot):

This 55 minute flow yoga class has postures from many yogic traditions that are blended together linking your breath to the postures. Our teachers bring in their own individual styles to the classes making them unique.

A perfect midday Vinyasa Flow class to help regroup and re-energize you for the rest of the day!

Deep by Buti (Heated):

Deep by Buti is a low impact movement sequence that focuses on micro movements with physical touch to restructure the deep core.  This class includes self massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas and closes with a sound meditation.  Open to ALL yoga levels.  Not recommended during pregnancy.

Hatha Flow (Hot):

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength & flexibility and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga will bring strength and focus to the body from head to toe. By removing the flow and focusing on longer static holds, emphasis is placed on the pose itself rather than linking movements. Beginners can use this time to build up to our “flow” classes, while more advanced students can work on precision and alignment. The focus will be on foundational postures, however the instructor will provide modifications for every experience level, giving you the chance to expand your practice if you so choose. Because this class is not a set sequence, you can expect to learn something new and different every time.

Freedom Flow (Hot & Heated):

Freedom Flow is an uplifting, energized class designed to cultivate an acute awareness of body movement and breath. Freedom Flow allows instructors the freedom to play with syllabus to spend more time on deeper understanding of a particular asana, or theming the class toward a “big move”. This freedom allows the instructor to assess the energy in the room and work with the class without having to stick to a regimented routine. The freestyle sweetness of this class calls for playfulness and spontaneity but always with mindfulness and awareness. Plan to breath and practice your way to transcendence, joy, openness and freedom of the mind, body and soul.

Rise & Shine Sunday Flow (Heated):

Greet your sunday morning right by creating delight and comfort in your body’s strength, flexibility and vitality. Rise & Shine Sunday Flow warms the body with sun salutations and a continuous flow of postures designed to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Consisting of standing, balancing, seated, and inverted postures, it is both invigorating and peaceful. Be prepared shine bright as you leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.

Yin/Yang Fusion(Heated):

The two practices of yin and yang yoga have very different intentions and both are very important for a balanced and healthy body. Yin Yoga activity is slow, steady with a sense of core softness and surrender. Yang activity is mobile, builds to an apex before calming down and maintains a core strength that requires appropriate effort.The combination of Yin/Yang yoga allow for setting up inner alignment, creating the foundation for outer or postural alignment. The unique fusion of this class creates the perfect balance of building mobility and strength in the deep connective tissues and joints(yin), while lengthening and strengthening the muscles in the body(yang).

Moonlight Meditation (Heated):

Join Alaynne West-Tweten on selected dates for a guided meditation series focused on finding peace and clarity in your life.
Meditation leads to a state of “thoughtless awareness” in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness and effectiveness. Meditation enables one to focus on the present moment rather than dwell on the unchangeable past or undetermined future.
Whether you are new to meditation or have a current practice, everyone can benefit from this class.

Yin Yoga by Candlelight (Heated):

Yin yoga is often described as the other half of a yoga practice. In relation to Yoga, a Yang practice is a faster practice, affecting muscles, making them longer and stronger. A yin yoga practice is a slower, deeper practice affecting the connective tissues of the body. Yin Yoga encourages the body to slowly and mindfully enter yin poses using the breath to stimulate the flow of chi(energy) and remain highly focused on the sensations promoted by the pose. The lengthy posture steadiness and stillness allows one to develop passive yin qualities of surrender, allowing full nourishment to the body’s meridians and joints. Join us in a relaxing candlelit environment to cleanse the mind and body- a perfect ending to your day.

Buti Yoga (Heated):

The only way to transform your body in a sustainable way is to fall in LOVE with your workout + wellness lifestyle.
Buti Yoga is a chance to create – let go – connect and sweat with intention. Every time you step on your mat, you have a chance to break through the emotional or physical barriers that set you free.
Buti Yoga fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + sculpting movement. It uses the Spiral Structure technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body.

Open Studio/Private Practice (Heated):
Open studio self practice is not a guided yoga class.  While an instructor is on hand, this is an open practice room for self guided practice and is the ideal setting to develop and mature your personal practice. Take time to go within, create and explore.  Whether you are taking postures or just sitting for breathing and meditation, this is the perfect class to bring out your inner teacher.  Open practice is included in unlimited memberships.  Otherwise it is a $5 drop-in fee.

Private Yoga Classes:

YogaNation’s Private Yoga Classes offer clients or groups of people a personal one-on-one yoga session to fit your needs. These classes are to help clients with specific needs such as healing old or new injuries or wanting to learn yoga basics on an individual basis. Group sessions can be anywhere from individual groups to corporations to athletic teams. Please inquire at to learn more or book your private yoga session.

Prenatal and Kids Yoga  will be offered as preregistered classes, please look at our online schedule to see when they will be running.
