Tracey Gall is a full time Group Exercise fitness instructor, yoga instructor, personal trainer and AFLCA Instructor at Red Deer College. Tracey began instructing in the area of movement over 20 years ago as Provincial coach with the Canadian Figure Skating Association, and returned to study movement at Red Deer College by completing the Kinesiology – Adapted Physical Education program.
Tracey graduated from Red Deer College in 2012, is a registered CSEP-CPT, and is a recognized E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. She is the Fitness & Wellness Coordinator with the Red Deer Be Fit For Life Centre, and is a Trainer with the Provincial Fitness Unit. Currently Tracey is completing her degree in Bachelor of Kinesiolgy with the University of Alberta and studying NeoroKinetic Therapy. She continues to enhance her knowledge and develop creative programming and workshops across Central Alberta.
