BYOT ~ Bring Your Own Tween (Gr.6-8)

Balancing a busy life can make quality time hard to come by. YogaNation invites you to the Ignite Tween experience; just bring your yoga mats, water and an open heart. Enjoy an afternoon of connection as we weave yoga, breath and mindfulness to help us navigate life as it evolves. Together through the practice of yoga we will gain skills to ignite a healthy mindset, positive body image and authenticity. Get ready to bond through yoga, find your calm and leave with a special grounding gift.
